How do I register myself as a seller on My.BestGifts?

In order to register, please fill a simple registration form. We will respond to you after reviewing your information at the earliest.

 

I don't have a website, can I still sell on My.BestGifts?

You don't need a website to start selling on My.BestGifts. All you would have to do is list your products on My.BestGifts and start selling.

 

What are the charges of Sell on My.BestGifts?

Listing of products on My.BestGifts is absolutely free. My.BestGifts does not charge anything to you for listing your catalogue online. You only pay a small commission for what you sell through My.BestGifts.com The commission structure is shared and agreed with you at the time of registration. Standard commission as minimum as 15% on any products.

 

How do I list my products on My.BestGifts?

Once the registration process is complete our team will work closely with you to create your online catalogue. 

 

How does shipping work?

All products on My.BestGifts.com include free shipping for normal courier. Therefore, add shipping fee to your items. You can view T's & C's of shipping here.

 

Can I sell outside Malaysia through My.BestGifts.com?

Yes. We will ask customer to contact us for this special deal. Prior to that, My.BestGifts will contact you for final arrangement & agreement.

 

Who can sell on My.BestGifts.com?

To sell on My.BestGifts.com you should be able to meet following criteria: You should be authorized to sell in Malaysia. You can only sell new and genuine products through My.BestGifts. You can be any of the following: Manufacturer, Wholesaler, Distributor, and Retailer. There are few exceptions to the rule for which you may contact us.

 

If I list my products on My.BestGifts, will the customer know that he or she is purchasing from me on My.BestGifts.com?

Yes, your seller name (Sold by) indicated on our product pages and offer listing pages that the products are sold by you.

 

Can you manage my listings in My.BestGifts.com?

Yes. We will manage your listing from A to Z for FREE . Email us at mybestgiftstore@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +60126061142.

    • Website / Facebook / Instagram / Pinterest - For product references
    • Product information shall include these information:
      • Product Details
      • Weight if required shipping
      • Delivery option : Postage / COD areas.
    • Shipping fees: delivery charges to Sabah / Sarawak / Semenanjung / Worldwide – to be included in your price as agreed.
    • Commission Structure (by default 15%): you also can give us more commission to boost your sales priority - (example; 30% for all products or selected products / RM10 for every item price >RM30, etc. depend on how you like to give the commission/ discount) (preferred >10%)
